The cuvée Bin 707 is a blend of the best Cabernet Sauvignon from Penfolds' different domains, of which some very old vines from Kalimna Block 42. It is the quintessential expression of Cabernet, at once concentrated and fruity. The wine was raised for 18 months in new American barrels.
